The whole production line contains three workshops: rice bran pretreatment&expansion workshop, oil extraction workshop and oil refining workshop.

1.Craft flow for rice bran expansion workshop

Crude rice bran  → cleaning  →   softening   →  expanding  →   drying →  to extraction workshop

 

2.Craft flow for rice bran extraction workshop

extraction   → mixed oil   → steam-stripping  → crude oil

3.Craft flow for rice bran refining workshop

crude  oil → degumming,dephosphorization,deacidification  → drying → decolorization,deodorization → finished oil.
